Do I need to buy a ticket to attend the competitions?
My child is participating in the competition. Do I need to buy her a ticket to attend another competition?
No
If your child sits in the free section reserved for accredited persons (places are limited).

Is it possible to get a refund for my ticket?
No
No, tickets are not refundable.
Where can I get my event jersey purchased online?
At the official store
You can pick up your IG2025 jersey at the official event store, which will be located near the reception area at the Stade de Soccer de Montréal.
If you missed the online pre-sale, it will also be possible to buy your jersey on site during the event.
Is there food on site?
Yes
It will be possible to buy food at the Stadium cafeteria as well as outside at the Winter Village.
How do I get to the event by public transport?
By Crémazie metro station
You will need to exit at the Crémazie metro station and take the 54 EST bus and get off at the Stade de soccer de Montréal stop. Plan your trip with Google Map here.
Is the soccer center wheelchair accessible?
Yes
The stadium has universal accessibility and sections are reserved to be able to watch the competition.
