Where will the 2026 competitions take place?
At the Claude Robillard Sports Complex.

Is the site accessible to people with reduced mobility?
YES, we have accessible areas in the stands facing Stage A. It is possible to access the stands for Stage B for the Classique Gymnix competitions. A person with reduced mobility can come with one companion with a free ticket. Buy your ticket below:
What time does the event site open?
The official competition schedule will be available soon.

Are there any water stations on site?
YES, refill stations are available at various locations throughout the site. We do not sell plastic bottles on site.
Can I leave the site and come back later in the day?
YES, with your valid ticket for the type of competition your ticket allows you to attend.
What payment methods are accepted on the site?
Contactless cards and payments are accepted at the gymnastics show kiosks. Cash is not accepted.
Tickets can only be purchased online. We recommend that you buy your tickets in advance.
Can I purchase promotional items or souvenirs on site?
YES, directly to the official store which will be located on the second floor in the Gymnastics fair.
Where can I get the event jersey purchased online?
Jerseys must be collected on-site at the official store during the event located on the second floor in the Gymnastics fair.
Can I meet the athletes or get their signatures?
YES, official signing sessions will be announced during the event.
Is the event being streamed online?
You will have access to online competitions via the Gym Art platform.
Is there free Wi-Fi on site?
YES, free Wi-Fi in the City of Montreal will be available.

Is it possible to get a refund for my ticket?
NO, tickets are non-refundable.
Can I buy my ticket on site?
YES, but online sales only during the event. Cash is not accepted.
To ensure you get a seat, we recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance.
What does the INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE include?
This package gives you access to three international competitions—the Senior Cup, Junior Cup, and International Finals—as well as podium training.
What does the SUPER FAN PACKAGE include?
This package allows you to attend all competitions during IG week, including the Gymnix Classic, Senior Cup, Junior Cup, and International Finals, as well as the countries’ podium training sessions. This ticket gives you privileged access to the “Behind the Scenes at the IG” activity, priority access to autograph sessions, and an exclusive discount at the boutique and food kiosk. You will also receive a souvenir bag, the IG 2026 poster, and other surprises.
Transport / Accommodation
How do I get to the competition venue?
We recommend using public transportation for your travels. You can get off at Crémazie metro station and take the bus (146 East) or walk to the complex.

Are there parking spaces available?
YES, it is possible to park directly at the sports complex or in the Ahuntsic College parking lot.
Is there disabled parking?
YES, in the sports complex parking lot

Registrations
Is it possible to change levels?
YES, a registration change is possible as long as the schedule allows. Fees apply depending on the date and reason for the change:
- Until January 16, 2026
- Without medical reason: $50
- With medical reason: no charge
- From January 17 to February 13, 2026
- Without medical reason: $100
- With medical reason: $100
- From February 14 to March 4, 2026
- Without medical reason: $100
- With medical reason: $100
Is it possible to get a refund if I cannot participate in the competition?
YES, but depending on the date and reason:
- Until January 16, 2026
- Without medical reason: 50% refund
- With medical reason: full refund
- From January 17 to February 13, 2026
- Without medical reason: no refund
- With medical reason: 50% refund
- From February 14 to March 4, 2026
- Without medical reason: no refund
- With medical reason: no refund
If I cancel, will I be refunded?
Without medical reasons: Partial refund (50%) only if cancellation is made before January 16, 2026. After this date, no refund.
With medical reasons: Full refund if cancellation is made before January 16, 2026. Then, 50% until February 13, 2026, then no refund from February 14.
What are the fees for changing the registration?
Before January 16, 2026: $50 without medical reason / free with medical reason
January 17 to March 4, 2026: $100 with or without medical reason
How can I change my registration information?
By completing the online form provided for this purpose:
What is included in my registration?
For athletes:
- Access as a spectator to all classic competitions.
- Access as a spectator to certain international competitions upon prior reservation of your place.
- Participation in the team competition (if applicable).
- Exclusive gift.
- IG Experience (activities, atmosphere, etc.).
For coaches:
- Spectator access to all classic and international competitions (advance reservation is required for international competitions).
- Exclusive gift.
- Meals provided during their sessions.
Where can I collect my accreditation?
Accreditations are issued on-site at the competition site, at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex.
Do I have free access to the competitions with my accreditation?
YES, in some competitions
- Athletes: passes for all classic competitions + International Junior and Senior Cup (online reservation, limited places).
- Coaches: passes for all classic and international competitions (online reservation, limited places).
Are all the devices on the podium?
It all depends on the competition gym.
- Gym A: all apparatus on a podium.
- Gym B: floor on a podium.
